If you enjoy receiving, you might consider giving. Gifts not received by August 10 will not be placed in registration bags.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum ($3,500 and above)

  • Recognition as sponsor in meeting program and on websites.
  • One brochure to be included in registration bags, if requested.
  • One electronic contact list of all pre-registered regional meeting attendees, if requested.
  • Ten minutes to introduce yourself/company & brief presentation at the Awards Dinner, if requested.
  • Promotional material at each place setting for Awards Lunch, if requested.
  • One complimentary full-page black and white advertisement in the quarterly newsletter, if requested.

Gold ($2,500 – $3,499)

  • Recognition as sponsor in meeting program and on websites.
  • One brochure to be included in registration bags, if requested.

  • Five minutes to introduce yourself/company & brief presentation at one function, excluding Awards Dinner, if requested.
  • One complimentary half-page black and white advertisement in the quarterly newsletter, if requested.

Silver ($1,500 – $2,499)
