Regional Meeting Registration

Meeting Information:

Online registration is now available for the 2024 VMA-MCASC-NCMA Regional Meeting August 27-30 in Williamsburg, Virginia.

We are pleased to offer the option to pay online when registering. For those who wish to receive an invoice, there is an option for that as well. Please choose the appropriate registration form accordingly.

Eligibility to Attend

Membership in at least one of the participating associations – VMA, MCASC, NCMA – is required to attend the meeting.

Each person (with the exception of family guests) must be a member of at least one of the participating associations. Multiple attendees can be registered at once.  Payment can be made online via credit card, ACH, or via check.  Credit card payments will automatically assess a 3% credit card processing fee.  To request a invoice pdf for your Finance Department, please just contact Vicki Bowman or Alice Lemon.  A confirmation will be sent shortly after the registration form is received.

Registration and payment is due by July 12th.
You must register by July 12 to participate in market place and receive scheduled appointments.

2024 Registration Fees:

Associates:

  • Member of 1 association: $925
  • Member of 2 associations: $875
  • Member of 3 associations: $825

Tour Operators:

$175 per person

Operators:

  • $175 for the first person and $150 for additional attendees.

Guests:

  • $150. Guest registration applies to spouse or other family member(s) who is not a company employee.

Golf Tournament: 
Location:  The Green Course at Golden Horseshoe Golf Club

  • $110 per golfer (includes cart). Rental clubs paid separately

FAM Tours 

Display Tables

  • $250 per table ($75 additional for electrical)

Early Bird Cash Prizes:

  • All members who register and pay by May 1 will be included in a drawing for cash prizes in the amounts of $10
    • Winner: DAVID SZUKICS – Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ
  • All members who register and pay by June 1 will be included in a drawing for cash prizes in the amounts of $75
  • All members who register and pay by July 1 will be included in a drawing for cash prizes in the amounts of $50

Note:  All names will be collected and drawings to be held during the meeting.Cancellation Policy: 
Please note that cancellations will be allowed up to July 12th for a full refund.

  • Jul 13 – 31st, a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed
  • August 1 – 16th, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed
  • August 17th and later, no refunds will be issued.
