MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. Networking opportunities with the owners and employees of the tour and charter motorcoach companies who are members of the Association. Operator membership now totals 36 companies.

2. Membership is allocated eight associate members to each operator member. (Associate members are defined as service companies, tour destinations, attractions, hotels, restaurants, etc. and operators are defined as tour/charter companies which have been in business at least one year and own at least one motorcoach.)

3. Members will receive a listing in and a copy of the membership directory.

4. Members will receive a quarterly newsletter, The NCMA Forum.

5. Members only will be allowed to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting and Market Place. Market Place is the NCMA “trade show.” Market Place is conducted so that the associate members visit the company owners/employees rather than the associates having an exhibit booth. Associates are allowed to bring any literature or other materials to demonstrate the desirability of the service, destination, attraction, etc. A “deluxe vendors’ hospitality suite” is provided during the annual meeting for members only which provides additional networking opportunities. 

6. The tour/charter motorcoach business represents a major portion of the hospitality industry economy, and members benefit from any lobbying or research done on behalf of the industry by the Association.

7. The Association promotes high standards of ethics for its members. Operator and Associate members are required to sign a code of ethics and two letters of recommendation by current operator members are required for membership. Tour Operators members are required to sign a code of ethics and two letters of recommendation by current operator members and two letters of recommendation by current associate members for membership.
