Associate Member Forms Associate Application Note: NCMA maintains a ratio of 8 associate members to every 1 operator member. Currently, as has been the circumstance for many years, the membership is full for the associate category. A completed application is required for an applicant to be placed on the Wait List for Membership. Wait listed applicants are notified in the first week of October of membership vacancies due to nonrenewal by current members. It is important that a wait listed applicant respond quickly to the invoice received during the first week of October. Vacancies are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Membership dues checks will be accepted as long as vacancies last. Any check received after vacancies are filled will be returned and the applicant will be asked if they wish to remain on the wait list for the next membership year. Associate Code of Ethics
