Eligibility to Attend:
Membership in at least one of the following associations is required to attend the meeting: VMA, MCASC, NCMA. Click here to find out more information about membership.
Each person planning to attend the meeting must fill out a registration form. An invoice will be emailed upon receipt of your registration form. Payment is due by June 30. A confirmation will be sent shortly after the registration form is received.
Attention! June 30 is the deadline to receive scheduled appointments. Members who do not register by June 30 will only be eligible to attend the open market place session on Tuesday 4:30-5:30.
Associates: $875. A discount of $50 is available for associates who are members of 2 associations. A discount of $100 is available for associates who are members of all 3 associations. (The invoice you receive upon completion of your form will reflect the discount, if applicable.)
Operators: $150/person for the first 2 employees with a discount of $50 for any additional employee.
Guests: $125. Guest registration applies to spouse or other family member(s) who is not a company employee.

Reservations must be made by August 15.
Guest should proceed to baggage claim area and use the complimentary phone so The Hotel Roanoke can dispatch a shuttle. It takes 10-15 minutes for pickup.
Daily: 1st Shuttle departs the hotel at 5:15am and ends at 11:45pm.
